24h Hackathon POLIMI & MIT
Designing impactful solutions to respond to climate change and make cities more liveable and inclusive
A 24-hour hackathon connected designers and innovators on both sides of the Atlantic through a dedicated path designed by both universities.
The event was open to students in the third year of the Bachelor's degree and the first and second year of the Master's degree, enrolled in the School of Design. In collaboration with MIT & POLI.design.
Teams of students from Politecnico di Milano, POLI.design and MIT collaborated virtually from Milan and Cambridge to devise and co-create innovation opportunities to address the climate crisis and other pressing social conditions.
The participants spent 24 hours in teams. At the end of the 24 hours, they presented their idea and prototype to a panel of judges.
The event took place at the offices of Logotel @ Ventura Lambrate
