The confrontation with the professional and creative world, with society and culture, is a need that can no longer be postponed for a university like the Politecnico di Milano, that faces the phenomena of contemporaneity and interprets, fully, its mission.
Listening to the world of business, professions and institutions, and trying to translate into action the indications and suggestions of professional and extra-academic realities is part of the work of the dean office and the institutional bodies of the School of Design, with the aim of orienting programs and formulating the vision that guides everyone's efforts.

For these reasons, the School of Design to establish the Advisory Board, with an advisory function and the purpose of helping to detect and translate the needs of society, the profession, the industrial world, and the institutions around us.
