What is trouble ticket and why should it be used
The School of Design, has activated the contact system to manage your requests: Trouble Ticket System.
Trouble ticket is a problem report that can be sent by every student, by clicking on one of the listed typologies of request, without time restrictions.
The service is active 24 hours daily (the resolutions of the problems are provided during office hours).
The answers are notified by email to the institutional e-mail. The closed tickets, or the tickets that are being resolved, can be consulted in “My requests”, in the personal page of on-line Services.
