DDC STUDENTS’ TALENT EXCHANGE

The Communication Design Degree Course of the Design School of the Politecnico di Milano is represented by a rich and varied community of students, with different previous experiences, reference cultures, and design or technical skills.

The DDC TALENT EXCHANGE project wants to be an aggregator of students of the degree course in Communication Design and, at the same time, it wants to enhance those specific skills and competencies that the students have acquired independently or in relation to the design workshops of the degree course.

The sharing of interests, design skills, or particular techniques (related or supplementary to the degree course in communication design) constitutes an opportunity to create exchange and collaboration between students and makes the multiversity of our discipline visible.

We are therefore looking for talents in the analog or digital field, illustrators, photographers, cartoonists, musicians, graffiti artists, calligraphers, programming code experts, engravers, experts in printing techniques (screen printing, risograph ...), or in binding systems, creative writing experimenters, etc.

It is precisely the multiplicity and diversity of the contributions - of which you can see the first results at the link www.instagram.com/ddc.talentexchange/ - that allow us to develop a collective comparison and to highlight those areas of the design of the communication at a high level of experimentation.

Joining the project is free and on a voluntary basis and is part of the Design Explorer program. We invite you to participate in the initiative, in the manner you deem most appropriate (video footage or photographic documentation) by filling out the form found at the link:

Each student will be the bearer of their own uniqueness within a shared context. The project is open to all third-year students in addition to the first or second year of the Master's Degree in Communication Design.
