Claudio Dell'Era was born in Como (CO) on September 13th 1978. On April 16th 2003 he graduated in Management Engineering at Politecnico of Milan cum laude. In 2004 he won the admission to the Management Engineering PhD Course at Politecnico of Milan. During 2005 he spent a visiting period at the Said Business School – Univeristy of Oxford collaborating with Prof. Douglas Holt. The title of his PhD thesis is: Language Mining - Managing design driven innovation by capturing, interpreting, sharing and communicating knowledge on socio-cultural trends.
